The wedding service consists of the following:
- Transfer to the florist or to the bride or groom’s house for the floral arrangement of the vehicle.
- Pick up and transfer of the bride or groom to the church for the ceremony.

- The service ends upon arrival at the place of the celebration.

2.1 Private transfer: In the transfer services, passengers will be received at a collection point by a driver who will show a welcome sign with the name of the group or the person and will transfer them to their place of stay. Transfer prices are per transfer and for a single trip. They do not include optional extras. The I.V.A. is inculido in the price.
3.1 A person who wants to make a reservation must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card.
3.2 The reservation is made online, by filling in the necessary forms.
3.3 Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the service. As an exception, the service can be booked with a term of less than 48 hours, but you have to contact our booking agent and obtain an email approval.
3.4 A person who enters the data is responsible for its validity. AutosCasado Andalucía assumes no responsibility for badly entered data or false information.
3.5 A person who enters the data for a group accepts the terms on behalf of the entire group, and is responsible for the entire group.
3.6 The reservation is completed when the company accepts the customer’s credit card, official administrative credit cards, and when a transfer of funds is completed successfully.
3.7 AutosCasado Andalucía does not have to accept a reservation. If the reservation is accepted, the client will receive a confirmation by email. If a reservation is not accepted and the payment is completed, the amount paid will be returned in full and in the shortest possible time.
3.8 After a completed payment, the customer receives a receipt with all the details of the reservation. The customer must show this receipt to the driver before boarding a vehicle, along with a valid document that accredits the client, the identity of the administrative officers (identity document, passport, driver’s license).
3.9 Each receipt contains a reservation code that must be kept in order to check the reservation status, to change the booking dates or cancel the reservation, and as a reference for the communication between AutosCasado Andalucía and you.
4.1 Each passenger may carry the standard bag or travel bag, and a piece of hand luggage of the same size that is allowed in air traffic, a total of two pieces of luggage. Baggage must be properly marked with the passenger’s name and surname.
4.2 The customer is obliged to provide accurate information about additional baggage. Excess baggage will be charged at a double price if it was not declared during the reservation.
4.3 AutosCasado Andalucía is not obliged to transport any luggage that has not been declared in a reservation if there is not enough space in the vehicle.
4.4 AutosCasado Andalucía is not responsible for the contents of the luggage. Neither AutosCasado Andalucía nor any of its contracted or subcontracted drivers will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded / unloaded at all times, accompanying luggage on the trip. AutosCasado Andalucía or its contractors or subcontractors have the right to refuse any client or to make the trip due to the client who has excess baggage that would translate into risk during the trip.
5.1 Children under the age of 12 can not use our service unless they are accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 18 years old have to have a written, written permission from the parents to use our service without parental accompaniment.

5.6 People who have special needs as disabled who travel with their own wheelchairs are obliged to specify it in the booking form in order to guarantee a vehicle with sufficient space. We have adapted vehicles for people with reduced mobility.
6.1 The customer can change the details of the reservation at any time. Administrative costs of data modification will be charged as follows: – Changes can not be less than 24 hours before the transfer. – Changes made five or more days before the service, will not have an additional charge. – Changes made less than five days before the service will be charged an additional 10 euros.
6.2 If the price of the new reservation is greater than the amount paid, the customer will be charged the difference. If the price of the new reservation is less than the amount paid, the difference will be returned.
6.3 The cancellation of the reservation is subject to special rules: – In case of cancellation of the reservation 30 or more days before the agreed delivery date, AutosCasado Andalucía will refund the amount paid minus 10 euros for administrative expenses – In case of cancellation of the reservation of 15 to 30 days before the agreed delivery date, AutosCasado Andalucía will return 75% of the amount paid – In case of cancellation of the reservation 8 to 14 days before the agreed delivery date, AutosCasado Andalucía will return the 40% of the amount paid – In case of cancellation of the reservation 7 or less days before the agreed date, AutosCasado Andalucía will not refund the amount paid.
6.4 If the reservation is canceled within 30 days from the agreed date due to force majeure (natural disasters, death or serious illness of family members, etc.) AutosCasado Andalucía will return the entire amount paid. The customer is required to provide a valid proof in support of their claims.
6.5 In case the client does not show up at the time and date of the reservation due to long delays in the flights or any other reason, the client must communicate the changes with sufficient notice and as soon as he / she knows about it to AutosCasado Andalucía . If these situations are not reported, the service will be understood as performed and can not be modified for another date nor will the client be entitled to a refund.
7.1 All vehicles used for the transfers are duly inspected and guaranteed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
7.2 Compulsory insurance for passengers is included in the price of the transfer.
7.3 A passenger who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances will not be allowed to enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
7.4 The passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of the driver, passengers or other traffic participants, will not be allowed to access the vehicle, or in his case, will be expelled from it.
7.5 Smoking, consumption of food and beverages, alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The exceptions to this policy are water and soft drinks in bottles.
8.1 AutosCasado Andalucía undertakes to perform all services with responsibility and professionalism, in accordance with the laws of Spain.
8.2 AutosCasado Andalucía may have its rights and obligations partially or totally transferred to a third person or persons, according to its own choice and without prior notice.

8.7 AutosCasado Andalucía can not guarantee the exact travel time of the service. All the data about travel times are only an estimate. Customers who continue to travel by other means of transport should leave enough time between the end of the transfer and the time of departure of another means of transport.
8.8 In case the selected vehicle type is not available for any reason, AutosCasado Andalucía can carry out the transfer with another vehicle with similar characteristics.
8.9 AutosCasado Only Andalucía can receive payments for transfers. Nobody has the right to charge or attempt to modify the terms of the transfer in the name of AutosCasado Andalucía, except when expressly defined.
8.10 In the event that the transfer has not been made, in whole or in part, AutosCasado Andalucía is obliged to reimburse the amount paid in full. The client is obliged to obtain and present evidence in support of his claims. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours. Unfounded complaints, or after 48 hours will not be considered.
8.11 AutosCasado Andalucía undertakes to examine all complaints and make a decision within 28 days following the claim.
